Television celebrates Ganpati Festival

'Deva Shree Ganesha' on Sony TV on September 20:

Sony Entertainment Television is all set to celebrate this auspicious festival in a very special way. The channel will air a special episode marking the festival, ‘Deva Shree Ganesha’. From comic acts to powerhouse performances, the evening will see it all as some of the biggest stars will descend to pay their tribute to Lord Ganesha.

The biggest highlight of the evening will be Bollywood diva Karisma Kapoor who will set the stage on fire with a spectacular performance as she welcomes bappa. Known for her unmatched dance moves, she will be seen performing on some Bollywood songs which will be a treat for the viewers.

Gokuldham Society is celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi in true Maharashtrian style where all women have worn Navaari Sari and men are in Lokmanya Tilak costume. The special sequence is indeed going to be a visual treat for audiences.

As everyone prepares to bring Lord Ganesha home, a grand welcome is planned for the Elephant God in the family game show ‘Deal Or No Deal’ hosted by Ronit Roy. The show had a special way to bring in the Ganeshotsav festivities. The pretty and expressive actress Mouni Roy opened the episode with a graceful dance where she swayed to the song ‘Jai dev jai dev’ from the film Vaastav.
